If you've never used Flow before or you want to start fresh with a new account, you can create one directly from the Flow home page. Read on to get started!
On the Flow home page, you'll see a couple of options for creating a new account. You can simply sign up with your email address by entering it in the available form near the top of the page (see below). Once you click Try for Free you'll be sent a confirmation email and will continue the sign up process when you click through the confirmation link.
You can also click Get started in the banner at the top of the page, which will give you the option to create your account with your email address, or with your Google or Microsoft account.
You’ll then be asked to jump into your email inbox for the confirmation email that was sent to you. This confirms that there were no typos in your email address during the initial sign up or firewall settings preventing you from receiving emails from us.
Click the "Confirm email address" button when you receive it and you'll be redirected back to Flow where you can enter information about your organization and set up your profile.
First, you'll set your new password. Then you'll choose which version of Flow you want to use: Flow for Teams or Flow Solo. If you work on your own and won't be inviting anyone else to work with you in Flow, Solo might be a good option. If, however, you're intending to invite even one more person to your Flow organization, the Team option will be required. You can read about the differences between the plan options here.
Next, you'll add a few details to your profile, including a profile picture, your full name and job title. On the next page, you can name your organization; this can be the name of your company or whatever will best describe what you (and your team) are using Flow for. If you choose the team option, you'll also have the opportunity to invite members of your team. Just enter their emails and then hit Enter to save the addition. Once you're finished entering your team's emails, click the Continue button. You can also invite your teammates at any point after your account is set up.
Finally, after choosing what you're hoping to achieve with Flow and clicking Continue one last time, we'll set up your organization for you. You're in! Check out our Getting started section to dig in and start learning your way around Flow.
