You may have browser settings that cause Flow to be displayed incorrectly. Follow these steps to ensure your browser is properly configured.
Flow is built with modern web technologies including the use of a custom font to display our icons. Your browser may have some non-default settings enabled which will prevent our icons from displaying correctly. This may look like large out-of-place icons or icons that are missing entirely. Please follow the instructions below to restore correct functionality or contact us for further help.
Ensure you don’t have a minimum font size set
Our icon font needs to be displayed at small sizes, so you will need to remove any restrictions you may have set on font size.
In Safari, the minimum font-size setting can be found in the advanced setting area. Please uncheck "Never use font sizes smaller than:".
In Firefox, the minimum font-size setting can be found in "Preferences">"Language and Appearance">"Fonts & Colors">"Advanced". Please make sure that "Minimum font size" is set to "none":
In Chrome, the minimum font-size setting can be found in "Chrome" > "Preferences" > "Show Advanced Settings" > "Appearance" > "Customize Fonts". Please make sure the "Minimum font size" is set to "Tiny".

Ensure you don’t limit the font family that is used
Because our icon font is a custom font family, you should remove any restrictions you may have set on what fonts can be used.
In Firefox this setting can be found in "Content" > "Fonts & Colors" > "Advanced". Please make sure that "Allow pages to choose their own fonts..." is checked:
