- Be sure the desktop app is up-to-date. If you suspect that Flow is out of date, you can download the most recent version of the app here.
- Review the system requirements to run the desktop app.
- Whitelist the following domains:
- Check if your proxy is running SSL decryption. If it is, the proxy must either support WebSockets, or you’ll need to exempt socket.api.getflow.com.
AT&T DNS Issue
Flow has received some reports about connectivity issues with AT&T subscribers where a mobile user tries to connect to Flow, and they are unable to fetch any data and/or receive an error message. We have determined this to be a DNS issue specifically to AT&T. Until it is resolved with this provider, we have found a free solution with the 220.127.116.11 app and using this VPN over an AT&T 5G connection.
