We’re sorry to hear that your time with Flow has come to an end! Hopefully we were able to help you and your team during your time with us. Because we offer a free 30 day trial of all Flow has to offer before you purchase, we don’t give refunds on new purchases. Instead, you can cancel the next renewal of your subscription by going to manage.getflow.com.
However, we do recognize that sometimes renewals are processed by mistake. Taking that into account, here are some examples of instances in which we will offer refunds:
- If your monthly subscription just renewed, but you meant to cancel, we’re happy to refund the most recent charge.
- If you meant to cancel your subscription a few months back, and neither you nor your team have used the app since then, we’ll issue a refund for those months.
- If we had extended downtime (multiple hours in a day, or multiple days in a month) or you emailed customer service and it took multiple business days to receive a response, we’ll issue a partial credit to your account.
