If a task doesn’t have a specific owner, or could be completed by any number of people, it can be useful to assign a task to more than one user. While we don’t currently support multiple assignees in Flow, you can use subtasks as a workaround.
Open the task you want to assign or click the green + button in the top right to create a new task. You should see an “Add Subtasks” field below task note.
Either enter in the name of the Task again, or if each user is responsible for a different aspect of the task, clarify that in the subtask name.
Completion activities note who completed the task, as well as when it was completed. These will show up in the activity section at the bottom of tasks. You can use these notes to keep track of who completed the task, out of the multiple people you ‘assigned’ it too. Completion activities will also show up in your Catchup feed if you were subscribed to the task, and in the all activities feed.
